House Rules

By confirming your booking you are agreeing to all additional charges in the event these are not followed. Check-In Instructions: - Check in after 4:00 PM - The home is accessible via keyless entry. Use the keypad for entering and to lock the door when leaving the home. - Please inform the host of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately Check-Out Instructions: - Check out before 10:00 AM - Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following: - Please wash and dry all towels and put them away before departure. - Strip linens from all used beds. Wash the linens and then put them in the dryer and leave the dryer running as you leave. - Please leave any unopened food at the home to be donated - Towels will be counted. Make sure there are none missing. - Please wipe countertops clean of spills - Take all trash to the garbage bin located outside (trash pickup is on Monday morning) NO LOOSE TRASH. - Do not leave any food or trash in the lanai - Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances. Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it House Rules: - The outside of the home monitored by surveillance cameras and inside by noise/environmental monitors - No smoking of any kind - No drugs or marijuana allowed on or near the property - No pets allowed - ABSOLUTELY NO food or drinks in the bedrooms. Additional cleaning fee will be applied. - Towels are not to leave the home. We count towels between guests. We will charge for missing towels - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Do not rearrange any of the furniture - NO LOOSE TRASH. Everything must be bagged. Please follow the trash pick up schedule posted in the home. - Do not adjust the valves on the hot tub or pool pump - Do not touch any of the pool equipment (additional charges will be applied) - If you leave any of the doors open it will shut off the HVAC system after 5 minutes - Please report any damages or issues that occur to host Pool/Spa - We can't guarantee temperature. The weather conditions factor into the pool temperature. Due to community rules we can't run the heater and pump over night. It takes time for the pool to heat up and it will lose heat over night. Spa heat is on demand. Use the timer knob in the pool area to turn on the spa jets. This will turn the heater on to the spa too. It will take time to heat up. To turn on the spa light it is the timer knob inside the house, just to the left of the sliders. If the pool goes low please fill it up with the hose. Please don't touch any of the pool equipment. It is set at where it needs to run in order for it to work correctly. If you touch the pool pump/heater equipment it will result in us having to charge you because will need to have our pool service come on site in an emergency. If you have any issues please contact the property manager. Fines range from $150 to $999. Trash Instructions - The rubbish bins must be put by street Sunday evening and should be taken back to the bin area (side of home) on Monday evening. Should this not be upheld, a cleaning fine of $100 will be charged to the guest. If excess rubbish bags are left, that do not fit in the rubbish bin a fine of $50.00/per bag will be charged to the guest. All waste, garbage, and trash must be in trash bags. NO LOOSE waste, garbage and trash. If there is loose waste, garbage and trash there is a $100 fine. The bins are inspected after each guest leaves the property. Towels/Hand Towels - STRICTLY ENFORCED Towels are not to leave the home. Towels are counted between guests. Any missing towels will be charged back to the guest for replacement.

Relax and make yourself at home! 🚘 Parking is limited to 2 spaces in the driveway, as our garage has been transformed into the Game Room! Street parking is not permitted. 🔑 Enjoy the ease of self-check-in with a smart lock. Your own code will be shared with you prior to your arrival, as well as the gate code to gain access to the gated community. 🎫 A key card will be provided for you to access the community amenities. 📧 You’ll receive an extremely detailed "Check-In" message 3 days before arrival. There truly aren’t enough words to describe how incredible it was to stay at this house!!! It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Our family of 10 made ourselves at home, cooking in the kitchen, swimming in the pool & watching movies on the projector. We were there for one week & would have loved to stay forever! The hosts were so responsive, super helpful and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. Our family is so grateful for the experience we had here. We can’t wait to come back next year to our new home away from home!!!

was the perfect for stay for us. Arcade was amazing and very nice with pool table and music. custom lighting made it really cool for the kids. pool was even better. having a heated pool was very very nice and the spa was a treat. bedrooms were very cozy and large. also had had t.v.s in each room with streaming set up ready to go. The kids really enjoyed watching movies in the pool on the projector. very easy to set up and use. over all would highly recommend. Hosts were very nice and very responsive will definitely be referring them to all of our family and friends. also the community area for work out equipment was within walking distance as well. Was our best Vacation yet.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Air B n B’s and you can’t find anyone more accommodating than these guys! Super friendly and understanding of traveling with children. Home was beautiful with those extra amenities that others don’t provide. Would highly recommend to stay at this location!

Where do I even begin?! This was easily my best Airbnb experience and I’ve had MANY! The hosts were so kind, communicative and went over the top to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed! They even sent us a box of crumbl cookies when they found out it was my parents anniversary! Everything was incredibly clean from the bathrooms to the pool to the grill that looked brand new! The pool was heated upon our arrival (at no extra charge) and we enjoyed the on demand spa heat all day and night (again at no charge!) My son and I loved playing the arcade games in the game room, they have everything from pac man to space invaders! The layout was perfect for my parents and I with 2 rooms that had en suite bathrooms and then 2 kids rooms! The neighborhood is very nice and we appreciated the extra security of being in a gated community. The only thing I wish was different is that we could have stayed longer! Wish I could give this place 10 stars! Thank you Shannon and Jason for everything!
