House Rules:
✔️ 15 guests + 1 infant/toddler (Additional guests can be accommodated but require an additional fee)
✔️ Any parties/events require written approval from the Host (Approved events may require additional fees and/or a separate agreement)
✔️ We allow 1 small, well behaved dog for an additional fee of $150 for the entire stay
✔️ No smoking or vaping inside the home
✔️ Young children must be supervised outdoors at all times
✔️ Respect the home, neighbors, and outdoor amenities
✔️ Report any damages or issues that occur, right away to the host
✔️ MOST importantly, enjoy your stay and make wonderful memories!

🏠 The main house and guest house are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. You'll have access to all 3 private acres of land which includes:
the front yard, backyard, pond, dock, outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, and fire pit! Relax and make yourself at home!
🚘 Parking: Once you enter through the gate, you'll have access to the 2 car garage, a massive driveway, and a separate car port. Bring your boat, RV, or Camper! Endless street parking is also available outside of the gated residence.
🔑 Enjoy the ease of self-check-in with smart locks!
📧 You’ll receive an extremely detailed "Check-In" message 3 days before arrival that will provide you with:
✅ The Gate Code that will allow you to enter the private property.
✅ The Smart Lock codes for the main house and the guest house!

Shannon, went over and beyond to make us comfortable and make this a home away from home. She was thoughtful beyond measure. All of the amenities were exceptional. Would recommend to all my friends. Plenty of space for sleeping, eating and having fun.

We had an amazing quick stay at this beautiful country Airbnb just outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The setting is peaceful, scenic, and feels like a true escape, yet it’s still an easy drive to DFW.
The home itself is clean, thoughtfully designed, and spacious. We loved the little touches of the “Page” theme! Another highlight was relaxing in the private hot tub, especially in the evenings—it made the stay feel extra special and luxurious. Waking up to wide-open country views and quiet surroundings was exactly what we needed.
Shannon was a wonderful host - responsive, welcoming, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a country retreat near Dallas–Fort Worth with a hot tub, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway from the city!
